What is chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a health care practice focusing on the muscularskeletal system and nervous system, and how they work together to balance the body. It involves hands-on spinal adjustments that:

  • Restore joint mobility
  • Alleviate pain and muscle tightness
  • Allow damaged tissues time to heal

With improved spinal function people often report improvements with impaired normal health, including organ and system function. Chiropractors look after more than your spine. They can also help:

  • Common complaints such as ‘Tennis’ or ‘Golfer’s’ elbow (lateral epicondylitis)
