What is Japanese Acupuncture?

Japanese Acupuncture is a holistic health treatment that identifies specific stress points in the body and provides targeted pain relief by inserting fine, pain-free needles into pressure points. It also has a preventative effect, helping your body self-regulate and fight against illness.
Japanese Acupuncture works by clearing energy or “qi” blockages throughout the body’s meridians (a network of invisible channels through the body). If the flow of qi in the meridians becomes blocked or your supply of qi is depleated, your body fails to maintain balance and order, and illness or disease can follow.

How we help

At 3Ways, our acupuncturists work gently and expertly upon your pressure points, inserting fine, sterile needles into specific sites along your body’s meridians and releasing the flow of qi around your body. We help you identify factors contributing to your health problem, such as stress, overwork, poor diet, illness, and environmental and lifestyle triggers.
