Caroline is a registered Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in Mental Health. Her holistic and tailored approach helps clients tackle challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, grief, anger-management, relationship and communication problems, confidence and self-esteem issues. She also has experience in working with personality, psychotic, eating and substance-related disorders.

Caroline’s philosophy is to assist clients in identifying unhelpful behaviour patterns, learn more effective coping strategies, discover their own strengths and find sustainable solutions. Her approach is client-centred, flexible, collaborative, and respectful. She provides services under Medicare’s Better Outcomes scheme and is Work Cover accredited.

Caroline uses evidence-based, scientifically effective treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.  She also has completed training in narrative therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)  skills training and mindfulness, which she incorporates into her therapeutic work.

Caroline is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology and registered with the Psychologists Board of Australia. She is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)  and a member of the Australian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists.
